Refund Policy

This policy describes when refunds may be issued for fees paid to Mangal Bhawan Global Private Limited.
1. On-demand usage
On-demand GPU usage is billed per second and is generally non-refundable once consumed.
2. Reserved capacity
Reserved and committed capacity is non-refundable except as expressly set out in the applicable order form.
3. Service credits
Where the Service Level Agreement is not met, service credits are Customer's sole remedy and are applied against future invoices.
4. Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@gensparkly.com within 30 days of the invoice date.
